1. Welcome your audience

 - Thank you for attending my presentation.

 :발표에 참석해주셔서 감사합니다. 

 - It's my pleasure to be here today.

 :오늘 이자리에 참석하게 되어 기쁩니다.

 - It's my pleasure to give this presentation today.

 :오늘 이 프레젠테이션을 하게 되어 기쁩니다.

 - For those who don't know me, let me introduce myself.

 : 저를 모르시는 분들을 위해서 저에 대한 소개를 드리겠습니다.

1) 청중 대부분이 자신을 아는 경우

 - As most (or some) of you already know, I am 000 from 000 department.

2) 청중 대부분이 자신을 모르는 경우

 - I'm in charge of R&D 

 :~를 담당하고 있다

 - I'm responsible for market research 

 :나는 시장조사를 책임지고 있다.

2. Introduce your subject

 - The subject of today's presentation is how to improve our efficiency.

 :오늘의 프레젠테이션 주제는 저희의 효율성을 어떻게 개선하느냐입니다.

 :저는 신상품의 특별한 특징에 대해서 말씀드리고 싶습니다.

 :저는 오늘 저희의 주요 유통경로에 대해서 말씀 드리겠습니다.

 :오늘 제 발표의 목적은 여러분들에게 내년의 사업계획을 소개하는 것입니다.

3. Outline the Structure of your presentation

 : 제 발표는 ~으로 이루어 집니다.

 - My presentation today consists of three parts = My presentation is divided into three parts.

 : 오늘 저의 발표는 세 부분으로 이루어집니다.

 : 오늘 제 프레젠테이션은 새로운 영업 관리자들에게 조언을 주는 세 부분으로 나뉘어져 있습니다.
